1. What’s your return policy?
At Bae and Boo, we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can easily initiate a return request through our website: https://baeandboo.fashion/
Please Note:
For 90-minute, same-day, next-day, and 2-day deliveries, the return window is 2 days from delivery.
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on items purchased during promotional events such as Black Friday, BOGO, festive sales, or on lingerie products.
Refunds will only be issued for returned items that pass our quality check.
2. How do I return an item?
- We’re here to help if you’re not happy with your order. Follow these steps via the Bae and Boo website
- Go to the ‘Me’ section.
- Select the order/product you want to return.
- Choose the appropriate reason for return.
- Submit the request.
- You’ll receive updates on WhatsApp once your return is processed.
Important:
Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, and in unused condition. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be rejected during pickup.
3. What if the return window has passed?
We’re unable to accept returns once the return period has expired. Our return window is 7 days (or 2 days for express deliveries), and we encourage initiating returns within this period to ensure fair policy usage.
4. Can I exchange my item?
We currently only allow exchanges for size changes (up or down), not for color or different products. Exchanges can be initiated via the Bae and Boo app 24 hours after receiving your order.

1. How do I place an order?
Easy peasy! Just:
- Add your favorite products to the cart.
- Enter your details.
- Make the payment—and voilà, your order is placed!
2. What payment methods do you offer?

A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹49 applies to all orders.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes—before your order is shipped. If the updated address is serviceable, we’ll update it. Contact our support team at support@baenboo.com
or update your address via the app.
4. Can I cancel my order?
- Sale Orders: Cannot be cancelled.
- COD Orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled via the Bae and Boo app before shipping.
5. Why did my delivery attempt fail?
Delivery may fail due to:
- Incomplete/Wrong Address
- Unavailable Consignee / Invalid Phone Number
- Restricted Entry Area
- Non-payment (for COD)
Consignee moved
After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
